§ 10. Provisions of Act.

Latest version.

Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as shortening or lengthening the term of office of the commissioners serving at the time this Act becomes effective. The provisions of this Act, however, shall govern the commissioners serving at the time it becomes effective, as well as future commissioners.
