§ 14-1. Codes adopted and enforced; appendixes.

(a)

The following codes, the latest edition as adopted and amended by the state department of community affairs, shall be enforced by the county:

(1)

Standard Building Code (International Building Code).

(2)

Standard Mechanical Code (International Mechanical Code).

(3)

Standard Gas Code (International Fuel Gas Code).

(4)

Standard Plumbing Code (International Plumbing Code).

(5)

National Electrical Code.

(6)

Standard Fire Prevention Code (International Fire Code).

(7)

CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code.

(8)

CABO Model Energy Code.

(9)

International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 edition.

(b)

The following appendixes of the codes listed in subsection (a) of this section, as adopted and amended by the state department of community affairs, are adopted by reference as though they were copied fully in this subsection:

(3)

(3)

Standard Housing Code, including Chapter 1, Administration and Appendix.*

(4)

Standard Swimming Pool Code, including Chapter 1, Administration.

(5)

Standard Existing Buildings Code, including Chapter 1, Administration and Appendix.*

(6)

Standard Amusement Device Code, including Chapter 1, Administration and Appendix.*

(d)

The procedures set out in chapter 1 (administration), as amended in "Attachment A" to Ordinance No. 0-12, shall be the procedures that govern the administration and enforcement process for the codes listed in subsections (b)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (7) of this section.
