§ 30-33. Appointment of board members.

In accordance with the terms of O.C.G.A. § 42-4-94 and under the authority of the resolution from which this article is derived, the participants agree to appoint one member from each participant county to serve as a member of the board of directors of the authority for a four-year term. The sheriff of the county shall also be appointed to the board for the term of such sheriff's office.
