§ 36-31. Rules of conduct.
(a)
Rules of conduct for River Bluff Walking Trail.
(1)
The trail is open from sunrise to sunset.
(2)
No littering.
(3)
No food or glass containers on trail.
(4)
No motorized vehicles except for ambulatory disabled.
(5)
Children under 12 shall be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
(6)
No horses.
(7)
Dogs must be on leash.
(8)
No weapons or intoxicants.
(9)
No fires.
(10)
No cutting, carving, uprooting, or damaging of plants or trees.
(11)
No hunting.
(12)
Users must maintain discipline and order.
(13)
Roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, and tricycles are prohibited.
(b)
Persons failing to comply with the walking trail and the general park regulations set forth by Georgetown-Quitman County Commission may be denied future use of these facilities.
(c)
Any damage to the walking trail/park facility should be reported to the office of the board of commissioners (229) 334-0903 as soon as possible. If you witness a crime or damage call 911 immediately.
