§ 38-31. Findings; purpose.

In accordance with the power and authority vested in the board of commissioners, the board of commissioners has determined that it is in the best interest of the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of the county, that this article be enacted to govern, regulate and control the naming of county roads; so that there will not be two roads in the county known by the same name and to adopt procedures for the assignment of names of all county roads.
