§ 42-42. Abandoned vehicles.

It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon any motor vehicle on public rights-of-way or public property without express permission from the board of commissioners or on private property without permission from the owner of such property. A vehicle shall be considered abandoned if it remains in one place for a period exceeding 72 hours.
