§ 42-45. Nonrepealer.

This article is not intended to repeal or modify in any way any other ordinance of the county relating to the abatement of or punishment for nuisances, junk or other matters affecting the health and safety of the public. All remedies provided in this article are supplemental to and in addition to all other remedies provided by the codes and ordinances of the county and by state laws.
