§ 50-96. Persons to make connections—Penalty and license revocation for violation.

Any unapproved person other than personnel of the water and sewer authority installing or making any connection or tap into the sewer system of the county shall be punished as provided in this division and, in addition, shall have his plumber's license, or other business license, under which he is operating, revoked.
