§ 50-147. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of the ordinance codified in this division may be prosecuted in the Magistrates's Court of Georgetown-Quitman County, Georgia, and if convicted shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 and not more than $1,000.00, as provided in in O.C.G.A. § 36-1-20. Each day in violation of this division shall be considered a separate punishable offense.
