§ 50-187. Revenue bonds; conditions precedent to issuance.

Such revenue bonds shall be issued as required by O.C.G.A. § 36-82-3, the "Revenue Bond Law." Any resolution providing for the issuance of revenue bonds under the provisions of this Act shall become effective immediately upon passage; and any such resolution may be passed at any regular or special or adjourned meeting of the authority by a majority of its members.
