§ 6-23. Location for the sale of alcohol.

(a)

Class II, Class III, Class IV or Class V license premises must be located in a C-1 (commercial zone) zoning district.

(b)

In addition to being located in a C-1 (commercial zone) zoning district, Class III license premises must be located on a tract or parcel of land that adjoins and abuts U.S. Route 82.
