§ 6-8. Days, hours of sale.

Latest version.

No person shall sell, offer for sale, give, dispense or distribute alcoholic beverages at the following times:
(1)

Class II and Class III licenses from 12:59 a. m. to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

(2)

Class IV and Class V licenses (consumption on-premises) from 12:59 a.m. 11:30 a.m. each day.

(3)

At any time prohibited by state or federal law.
