§ 6-71. Misstatement, concealment of fact.

Any misstatement or concealment of fact by the applicant shall be grounds for revocation of license issued and shall make the applicant liable to prosecution for perjury under the laws or ordinances of Georgetown-Quitman County, state and/or United States Government.
