§ 6-111. Minimum specifications for retail outlets.

Latest version.

All retail sales locations must meet the following minimum specifications:
(1)

Must meet the building codes adopted by Georgetown-Quitman County.

(2)

The interior of the building must be clearly visible from the exterior.

(3)

The interior must contain lighting of such strength that the interior of the building can be clearly seen from the exterior.
