§ 50-35. Bond required; forfeiture.

(a)

The applicant desiring to install a utility on or under any county right-of-way shall furnish either a cash bond or a bond of a reputable surety in the amount of $1,000.00 at the time of making the application for the faithful compliance with the terms and conditions of this article.

(b)

Failure to comply with this article shall cause the bond given by the applicant to be forfeited in addition to other penalties and remedies available to the county.
