This ordinance may be amended from time to time by the county commission but no amendment
shall become effective unless it shall have been proposed by or shall first been submitted
to the County Commission for review and recommendation.
Before the County Commission enacts this ordinance or an amendment to it the Commission
shall hold a public hearing thereon, at least fifteen days notice of the time and
date of which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the city.
Unanimously adopted in regular session, this 9th day of May, 1995.
